In June 18, it was revealed that Ostovich had accepted a one-year sentence by USADA for testing positive for ostarine on January 3 2020. Ostovich did not pass the test on January 3 2020. She was tested positive for Ostarine, GW1516. USADA had her banned for 8 months. The illegal component was discovered inside one of her supplements however it did not appear on the package. Gina Mazany fought Blaydes on the ESPN network on November 28, 2020. The fight ended with Mazany being kicked out the fight in the third with body-kicks. The 7th of December, 2020 Ostovich was disqualified by the UFC following three consecutive losses.
